To apply for Personal Pleasure Craft insurance quotations, complete the proposal document. Please complete parts 1 to 5 in all cases. Insurance will not commence until you have informed either Yachtline or Nautical Insurance that you wish to accept their terms and conditions and you have paid the premium. 

Please give full answers to all questions. You must take reasonable care to answer all our questions honestly and accurately, otherwise your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim. Keep a hard copy of this proposal questionnaire.

If you have not given full and accurate answers to all questions asked on this Proposal, your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim. When completing this proposal you should disclose any facts which may influence the assessment and acceptance of this insurance. Failure to disclose all relevant facts may invalidate your policy or may result in the policy not operating fully.

To set up and administer your policy, we will hold and use information about you supplied by you on this form. As part of that administration, it is our duty to inform Sea Start Limited of your application. Yachtline Insurance, Nautical Insurance and/or Sea Start Limited undertake that this information will not be used for any other purpose or be supplied to a third party without your express written permission.
