To apply for a Personal Pleasure Craft Policy quotation, complete this proposal document. Please complete Parts 1 to 5 in all cases. Insurance will not begin until Ferrymen Underwriting has informed you of the cost of the premium and they have confirmed receipt of your acceptance.

Please give full and true answers to all questions. If you do not do so, your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim. Keep a hard copy of this proposal questionnaire.

Full policy wording will be sent with our insurance recommendation and quotation for your consideration.

If you have not given full and true answers to all questions asked on this Proposal, your insurance cover may not protect you in the event of a claim. When completing this proposal you should disclose any facts which may influence the assessment and acceptance of this insurance. Failure to disclose all relevant facts may invalidate your policy or may result in the policy not operating fully.
